Duties: With some assistance, manages, maintains, expands and services assigned accounts, including placing employee benefit programs for clients and prospects in accordance with objectives, procedures, and policies of the company. Works as an active team member to meet retention goals, identify sales opportunities and achieve profitability goals for assigned client(s); and oversees client specific regulatory compliance requirements. Supports and executes major projects and business development initiatives.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.
• 1 to 3 years Employee Benefit Consulting, Employer Related Insurance Carrier or Human Resources experience required.
• Combination of equivalent education and job-related experience equivalent will be considered.

Certifications/Licenses:

• Life and Health Insurance License required or must obtain within 90 days from date of hire.
