  • Monitor aging reports and facilitate outreach to overdue/delinquent accounts.
  • Work closely with HR Manager on benefit programs, carrier billings and required legal filings (5500s, discrimination testing, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate investment of contributions and compliance in the 401(k) plan; including safe harbor contributions.
  • Track company sales and administer the commission and bonus pay programs.
  • Confidential research and documentation related to legal and financial matters for CEO.
  • Support management review for ISO Certification in preparation for annual audit.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

  • Must include preparation and understanding of financial statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cost accounting methodology/variance analysis.
  • Experience preparing tax reports and coordination of annual federal, state and local tax liabilities (with the assistance of internal or external CPA).
  • Experience managing bank accounts, cash flow, ACH/EFT transactions/wire transfers and a proven record of cash management in a role with a high level of financial accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Abilities & Attributes:
