We are looking for a qualified candidate to take over QuickBooks and administrative/office work for our manufacturing company.

This position would include handling QuickBooks, AR/AP, payroll, bank and receipt reconciliations, taking phone calls, and general administrative work.

We require that a candidate has experience using QuickBooks accounting software, general accounting, computer knowledge and communication skills.

There can be flexibility to the hours worked for this position.

Pay rate commensurate with experience and we typically try to do yearly pay raises.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
