We are looking for an Accounting Clerk for our growing company. This position is responsible for running reports, researching data in the financial records, and recording a range of transactions. Duties also include providing administrative assistance to Senior Accountants as well as the Controller and CFO.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Accountants and Controller in any and all projects as needed.
• Assist with month-end process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
• Invoice and new vendor entry.
• Research and information gathering for cost reporting and audits.
• Other assignments and projects as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

• High level of organization and strong attention to detail
• Two-plus years accounting experience
• Bachelor’s in accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
• Works well with a team
