Accounting & Payroll Professional

We are growing! As our firm continues to thrive and better serve our valued clients, we find ourselves in need of a full-time Accounting & Payroll Professional. This position will be focused on providing payroll and bookkeeping services simultaneously to clients. Cascadia Management Group provides financial management consulting to small and mid-sized companies. We take pride in our ability to inspire businesses to make long lasting changes and positive impacts to our client’s organizational health.

Our ideal candidate is comfortable in QuickBooks and has previous education or experience in payroll and bookkeeping. They should enjoy the challenge of managing multiple clients simultaneously and feel comfortable resolving and answering any client issues or questions. They will be focused on details, and numbers oriented. This position will be remote and in-person.

The fine print:

- Previous QuickBooks experience required or a similar accounting software

- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

- Full Time position, M-F with some flexibility on hours

- $18 - $23 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
