We are looking for a full-time Accounting Representative eager to grow their accounting skills and knowledge. You’ll be responsible for recording and processing all our vendor invoices and payments and posting information to accounting ledgers. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, detail-oriented, and highly organized. If this sounds like the work you’ll love, we’re waiting eagerly for your application. The pay for this position will be dependent on the candidate’s experience. This will be reporting to our headquarters in Livermore with a possibility of going hybrid in the future.

Duties include:
Enter data, maintain records, and produce reports
Review invoices and ensure invoices are approved, paid, all aspects of posting process completed
Review and reconcile electronic invoice transactions and associated general ledger lines
Research and resolve certain GL exceptions

Education and Experience:
High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Experience in accounting and/or knowledge of the accounts payable processes
Understanding of basic accounting principles. Completed college level accounting coursework, a plus
Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills
Some experience with accounting software, ERP is a plus

Compensation: Base starting range: $23.80 - $29.75 per hour commensurate with experience
