The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact between the company and customers. This is a great opportunity for marketing, business, and event planners to gain experience while in school!

Responsibilities:

-Greeting customers

-Processing payments

-Entering bills

-Creating customer invoices

-Making deposits

-Processing paperwork for sales members -

Filing

-Ordering office supplies

-General office duties

-Maintains an organized system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects

-Planning and execution of daily truck routes

-Marketing and sales.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

-Receive and return incoming phone calls

-Responsible for data entry

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Quickbooks, Microsoft word, Excel, etc proficient, preferred. Bilingual, English-Spanish proficient, preferred.
