Applicant will be working independently with minimal guidance. They will be responsible for Providing varying levels of administrative and budget support to our external clients utilizing there established processes and programs. Task include management of Outlook calendars including scheduling appointments, schedule blocking, time management. Report creation and management, assist with travel request, internal and external meeting support. You will also have to create and track purchase orders, submit and track vendor invoices and update budget tracking system and reports as projects identified. Some skills that are needed include:
At Least 2 years college or equivalent work experience
Computer skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Ability to learn various systems quickly and manage all aspects within the systems
Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to change and work with others in a fast-paced, highly focused environment
Multi task, time management, excellent interpersonal skills, preform task with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to travel, as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
