The Role

We are looking for a full-time affiliate marketing manager to help broaden DoorLoop's affiliate relationships, referral program, and thought leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Establishing, maintaining, and growing affiliate relationships.
• Overseeing all aspects of affiliate billing and payouts.
• Overseeing and optimizing DoorLoop’s affiliate program through FirstPromoter, including one-on-one calls with new partners, monitoring affiliate sign-ups, and running monthly referral reports.
• Negotiating lead and conversion rates with affiliate partners, including influencers and other industry thought leaders, to drive value for both parties.
• Being responsive to partners via email, phone, and Zoom in order to keep affiliates motivated and happy, driving referrals and conversions.
• Coming up with new and innovative ways to work with affiliate partners such as sponsorship opportunities, events, co-marketing initiatives, and more.
• Creating and measuring KPIs in order to document your success in a quantifiable way.
• Planning and executing key tests that improve affiliate performance in order to strengthen our program.
• Setting and exceeding goals on a weekly, monthly & annual basis.
• Overseeing campaigns in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships.
• Thrives on brainstorming and executing on new ideas.
• Experienced in leveraging data and KPIs to monitor affiliate program progress and make changes as needed.
• First-hand experience with affiliate management software and influencer databases.
• Must be able to legally work in the US either remotely or in our office full-time in South Beach, 1601 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. You can relocate from another City, State, or Country if needed.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.

Bonus Points

• Any experience in B2B SaaS affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Experience in real estate and/or property management is a plus, but not necessary.
• Experience hosting or being featured in speaking engagements (podcasts, webinars, classes, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience attending trade shows on behalf of a previous employer is a plus, but not necessary.
• Speaking and writing in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary.
