Innovative Ag Services (IAS) is hiring a Business Development Manager to join the team in Hubbard, IA.

As the Business Development Manager, you will handle pricing accountability, provide mentorship to the sales team (including direct reports), conduct ride-alongs, assist with presentation guidance, develop action plans, provide team leadership, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and leadership to a sales team consisting of direct reports

• Action-oriented, solution-focused, and adaption to evolving strategies

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare team and individual action plans to prospect new business and grow current customer business

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed

• Control and monitor expenses to meet budget guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of supervisory/sales management or leadership experience required (agriculture industry strongly preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft programs
