Summary:

Kainos is looking for an assistant manager to support 11 individuals with intellectual disabilities in our two senior residential homes. We believe in helping each resident be as independent as possible in their home and community. This position will assist the program manager in a mixture of administrative responsibilities and direct service with residents. This role is responsible for everything from case management to medical advocacy to teaching life skills. Residents receive services according to their goals as set through the person-centered planning process. The assistant manager supports the team in delivering personalized and high quality services to each resident. This includes, but is not limited to: setting up and administering medication, helping residents pay bills and budget money, cooking, going to medical appointments, doing recreational activities and maintaining a comfortable home environment. The position requires some flexibility and a willingness to work at least two weekend shifts a month.

● A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services or other relevant field

Salary:

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
