We are looking for an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Automotive Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Aid and direct collision center customers
• Working with insurance companies on customers' behalf
• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Complete administrative tasks associated as needed

Automotive Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required
• Positive can do attitude
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to learn and be a team player
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
