Operations Manager - Wausau

We have an opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service. Automotive and Management experience is required to assist leading the day to day operations in Wausau. This position will work directly and report to the company President. CarBuff's Operations Manager will coach, schedule, recruit and lead a team in our Interior Clean Full Service Carwash, Mobil 1 Lube Express and Professional Detail Department. CarBuff's is a locally owned and family operated business that does not operate with a cooperate structure, culture or restrictions.

This is a hands on active Management position that requires a 45 hour work week. Starting pay and vacation will be determined based on experience.

This position requires:

• Maintaining our reputation of integrity, honesty, trust and excellent service
• Leadership ability to coach, lead and develop a team
• Ability to work in a physical high volume fast paced operation
• Responsibility for the daily operation
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Meet customer expectations on quality
• Adjust daily schedule to meet production goals.
• Satisfy customer complaints
• Supervise safety in the workplace
• Lead by example, hands on management style
• Motivate and coach a staff of 30 - 40 Team Members

Position Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelors is preferred along with any automotive certifications.
• 3 years of automotive experience required
• 3 years of successful management experience required
• Effective communication, time managment and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
• Valid Wisconsin drivers license
