Doral Automotive Group is looking for a qualified Automotive Service Manager with great leadership and CSI skills. Ford certification is a huge plus!

Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager ensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals.
• Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion.
• Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment
• Establishing promotional service prices
• Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines
• Manage staff of Service Advisors, Technicians & Porters

Automotive Service Manager Requirements

• Ford/Lincoln certification is highly preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with proven CSI
• Proven supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Good motivational and interpersonal abilities
• We are a drug free environment
• 2-5 years experience in the role
• Valid drivers license required
