Bartender Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Bartender to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience with us. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks and providing exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes an hourly wage and tips.

Bartender responsibilities include:

• Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar, patrons & servers
• Interact with customer’s needs and preferences, helping make recommendations
• Serving appetizers and food
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Monitor Beer & Liquor Inventory
• Monitor and change out soda bibs and Co2 Tanks daily
• Clean bar area at the beginning and end of each shift
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations. TAM certified a plus
• Know how to check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
• Balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $11.10 - $14.62 per hour
