We are looking to add full- and/or part-time bartender for our clubhouse and for events. If you've been a server or bartender before, I'm sure you have been frustrated when working long hours and the tips are not there. If you find it stressful taking care of strangers or wondering how much you will make in a night, working at our club may be a great fit. The majority of our staff's income comes from their hourly pay, so we pay a higher rate!

The LCC is a PRIVATE country CLUB, nestled in the heart of Lafayette, complete with a 9-hole golf course, 3 pools, tennis courts, fitness center, event spaces, and a full-service restaurant. As such, we know everyone coming through our doors and that creates a FRIENDLY environment.

We want our team to be providing excellent service regardless of tips, so we pay a higher hourly rate to make sure our people are compensated. This creates a more HOSPITALITY DRIVEN environment!

No experience is needed, but personality is HUGE!

Primary Responsibilities:

*Serve our members and guests with a positive attitude

*Maintain safe practices in and around our club

*Provide confident service to our members

*Make drinks according to club recipes and standards

Pay is $16-$20/hr, dependent on experience.
