Data entry into electronic systems associated with incoming department functions. Perform routine inspections on the on all incoming components.

Ensures patient phone calls are returned in a timely manner and patient is informed of any delays with eye-wear purchased. Travel to other practices, as needed.

Provides technical support in the Richmond Institute for Design and Innovation (RIDI) studio/lab for students, faculty, and staff of RIDI to include teaching
