Behavior Therapist (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Collect and graph weekly data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation.
• Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
• Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• Board Certification as BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Must have knowledge of Early Childhood Development, specific to children ages Birth to 5
• Must possess strong time management, interpersonal, organizational skills, communication skills, and work well on a team.
• ABA Experience working with children birth to 18 years
• Must be comfortable going into the field and working in pre-schools, daycare centers and/or homes.
• CPR Certification, Background Check, Drug Screening, and TB test.'
