Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant Position with invoicing and billing experience needed. We are looking to fill our Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant role. This person will have a mix of top notch organizational and analytical skills. They should be able to work out numbers, generate reports and find discrepancies as well as cost-saving opportunities.

T Buck Properties is a locally owned and operated company that specializes in property development and property management. We have been in business since 2013 and have created housing for thousands of people across St. Croix County. We are currently expanding and need to fill various roles throughout our company. Skills and Experience:

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online preferred, Microsoft Navigation and Microsoft Excel/Word Strong
  • Must be able to work within a team, as well as independently.

  • Ability to evaluate and summarize key financial data.

Education Requirement:

  • Experience in accounting, data entry, finance, or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.

Ongoing tasks:

  • Manages the company’s day-to-day accounting transactions including general ledger, billings, accounts payable, and receivable, collections, loans, and cash receipts.
  • Processing of journal entries.
  • Conduct all phases of the Accounts Payable function, including coding, data entry, and making payments for incoming vendor invoices.
  • Implementation of effective accounting processes for a growing company.
  • Compile and create accurate reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all disbursements for all payment methods and resolve discrepancies directly with vendors.
  • Complies with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Travel Requirements

  • Minimal. This role is on-site at our local office.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires you to sit at a desk for a prolonged period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.60 - $25.00 per hour
