Our Office is looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Hours per week can be flexible Min 3 days a week

Starting Pay will depend on experience

Hours of operation: Office Hours Monday - Friday 9-5 Following Banking Holidays

New Hire Hours are somewhat flexible

Duties: Primary responsibility is to manage the operational activities of the office, which include but are not limited to: Greeting Customers, answering phone calls, collecting payments, bookkeeping, billing, balancing, ability to learn new bookkeeping software research, Organize and file.

• Pay bills, complete payouts with checks and ETF’s, Process Credit card payments. Receive checks and cash.

• Have accomplished interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• Respond promptly to customer needs and remedy situations
• Exhibit confidence in self and others

• All basic office computer programs ability to make sheets and graphs
• Pull reports,update misc office spreadsheets, rental inventory sheets,websites
• Technical ability learn basic computer programs
• Google and Microsoft programs
• Label making, filing, supply ordering
• Keeping the office organized, looking good and feeling good
• Deadlines followed, keep other employees on task

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
