BOOKKEEPER - PART TIME - CONTRACTOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts receivable/Accounts payable
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Bi-weekly payroll - including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting and report filing

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years bookkeeping/accounting experience (including making journal entries & understanding financial statements)
• Strong understanding of corporate and personal income taxes preferred
• Minimum five years experience using QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks Desktop experience must include creating invoices, entering/paying bills, entering customer payments, deposits, using Enhanced Payroll module (paying employees and all quarterly and year-end reporting), creating reports, entering credit card activity, reconciliations, making journal entries, and year-end 1099s.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
