Position Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify trends that impact the Merchandising team through sales, inventory, competitive landscape and customer data.

• Aid in the development and management of tools supporting business rhythm and measuring product performance.

• Support vendor management by maintaining shared dashboards, monitoring vendor-related news and organizing content for vendor meetings.

• Leverage data analytics tools to organize, summarize, and visualize data into meaningful insights that drive Uline Merchandising initiatives and decision making.

• Work collaboratively across other departments on pricing, inventory management, new products and sales initiatives to drive results of Merchandising programs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/ Merchandising, Finance or Analytics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.

• Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity for numbers.
