Position Responsibilities
Analyze and identify trends that impact the Merchandising team through sales, inventory, competitive landscape and customer data.
Aid in the development and management of tools supporting business rhythm and measuring product performance.
Support vendor management by maintaining shared dashboards, monitoring vendor-related news and organizing content for vendor meetings.
Leverage data analytics tools to organize, summarize, and visualize data into meaningful insights that drive Uline Merchandising initiatives and decision making.
Work collaboratively across other departments on pricing, inventory management, new products and sales initiatives to drive results of Merchandising programs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3-5 years of experience in Marketing/ Merchandising, Finance or Analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Organized and analytical with relentless attention to detail.
Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity for numbers.
