The role itself will be based out of the local office and is not remote. Our ideal candidate for this position will live in the Nashville/Hermitage area and have a proven track record of contractor relationships focused on hiring fulfillment and a customer-first mindset to provide quality hiring talent.

Job Description:

• Prospecting, Outside Sales & Business Development to secure new customers
• Coordinate with recruiters to deliver great service from order to delivery and beyond
• Oversee the successful handoff of job descriptions and client requirements to recruiters
• Working recruiters to ensure management of field employees is to standard
• Networking and establishing a strong industry presence within the branch market
• Ensuring all policies and internal operational procedures are followed
• Continually enhance sales skills and industry knowledge to win more business

• Customer service sales experience, retention sales experience, or account managing.
• Industry sales experience in Construction, Commercial and Industrial wired systems.
