Mattingly Ford Title Services is seeking an outgoing, dynamic and energetic individual for the position of Business Development Manager for the Louisville area. Our ideal applicant would have a working knowledge of digital communications, (social media, zoom, outlook, etc.) and a drive to facilitate an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Market knowledge sufficient to understand market trends, and propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining an attitude of teamwork and collaboration
• Knowledge of the title and closing process
• Creativity
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Positive Attitude

Job Responsibilities include:

• Finding and retaining new clients from multiple channels including, but not limited to, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Loan Officers and Banks.
• Agent liaison between marketing and operations teams.
• Organize and attend sponsorship opportunities, associations and organizations relevant to the real estate industry to grow brand awareness and recognition.
• Increasing the value of existing client relationships
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and client needs
• Report and track client activity
