We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing professional to join our team as Business Development & Marketing Director. Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our wealth management services to both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation

* Manage the company's social media and online presence, including website and email campaigns

* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including through networking and client events

* Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, registration, budget management, and logistics

* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using metrics such as web traffic and conversion rates

* Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that business goals are being met

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred

* 3+ years of experience in marketing

* Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Experience in the financial industry is a plus

* Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
