A role you will love

Responsible for leadership of cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, business integration initiatives and corrective action work.
  • Provides leadership in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, including technology, EUCT developers, and external vendors, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
  • Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation for corrective actions, regulatory reviews, audit reviews, and any other initiatives as assigned. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
  • This role will support two tax teams with different tax disciplines (securitization tax and withholding/reporting.)

The leadership aspect is one of the most important elements to the role’s success. Being able to bring people together to work collaboratively will be a strength of yours and you will be transparent in your expectations. It will be necessary to have strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Minimum of 6 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, strategic planning or general office environment demonstrated through work or in lieu of military experience
  • Desire and aptitude to understand basic tax concepts and systems. Candidate does not need to have tax experience, but will need to learn basic concepts to help with corrective action and tax strategic initiatives
  • Ability to lead, document, and implement initiatives that may cross over into other business groups outside of tax (tax stakeholders and partners)
  • Familiarity with FileNet, process mapping software, and agile project methodologies
  • Familiarity with Corporate Trust Services and systems

Compensation. $80,000-$95,000.
