NFM Recruiters are often the first contact new members of the NFM Family have before they begin their career. Our Recruiters screen, interview and partner with NFM Managers to match the right candidate to the right career. Relationship building and networking skills, internally and outside of NFM, are a must-have.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Be a Builder: Build relationships inside and outside of NFM to ensure NFM has a deep talent bench and a pipeline of potential new family members
• Collaborate: Work with NFM hiring managers to understand their work and talent needs
• Be Positive: Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression inside and outside of NFM
• Set the Stage: Screen applicants to ensure skills align with job requirements
• Ensure hiring paperwork is completed accurately and on-time

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 1-2 years professional-level human resources experience that included recruiting, interviewing and making hiring decisions strongly preferred. Internship experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ability to maintain confidential information.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• HRIS and database experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
