Join us! Pediatrics West is hiring full-time Medical Assistants to join our growing team and fill a full-time position in Westford, Groton, and Fitchburg locations.

Reporting to the Clinical Site Supervisor, the Medical Assistant serves as the first point of clinical contact between our patients and the providers to support a large patient panel.

As a Medical Assistant you are charged with providing a high level of quality care to our patients with a commitment to our values and mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measure and record vitals
• Document history and perform data entry (Athena, EPIC)
• Obtain blood samples
• Assist providers with procedures and patient education,
• Administer injections and perform spirometry
• Clean and prepare exam rooms
• Assist providers and team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail a must
• Highly collaborative
• MA Certification
• Candidate must be a team player
