Seeking a chief people officer at an executive-level position who will focus on building and maintaining our company culture by overseeing all aspects of HR. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in human resource management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for hiring new employees, developing training programs, and improving employee retention rates.

· Personnel Management

· Organization Development

· Strategic Planning: serving as a steward in evaluating which human capital strategies are most effective and then use those metrics to advocate any changes needed

· People Motivator: ensuring opportunities for professional development and fun activities like team-building exercises or volunteer days

· Tracking KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)

· Design processes to evaluate employee performance

· Able to manage all aspects of succession planning, including recruitment, interviews, and evaluation

· Responsible for communicating with your company's employees on all company matters

· Managing all employee benefits

· Strong ability to solve problems

· Creating an internal sense of empowerment within your employees

NECESSARY SKILLS:

· 5 years previous performance management

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Emotional Intelligence

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
