Childcare Assistant - Job description

Childcare assistant to offer day-to-day care for children by monitoring their safety, designing and leading daily activities, and assisting them with all personal tasks. Child care assistant to enjoy prepping snacks and cooking meals.

Keep Children Active

They also keep children engaged in fun learning activities and design daily activities and events for children.

Clean and Organize

Child care providers perform housekeeping duties and keep all meal, nap, and activity areas clean and well-organized.

Consult with Parents

They regularly update parents and primary caregivers on their child’s development and of any observed problems children are having with socializing, learning, or physical activity.

Hourly based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have hand wash stations throughout the facility. Everyone is required to wash upon entering and exiting the facility. We wear masks and follow CDC and Community care licensing guidelines to protect ourselves, students and parents.

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
