Civil Engineering/Construction Management Intern

The Company s work includes the I-94 reconstruction between Maple Grove and Rogers, extending Hwy 610 west of Hwy 169 and participating as a joint venture partner in projects including the I-494/Hwy 169 Interchange and the Green Line Southwest Light Rail Project.

We are searching for a Civil Engineering/Construction Management Intern to work in our Maple Grove headquarters. This internship is expected to begin in the Spring of 2023 and last approximately three months.

As an intern with C. S. McCrossan, you will:

• Learn about the company from the owners themselves
• Assist with operations, estimating, contract administration, timecard collection, job cost entries and more
• Utilize construction software systems
• Have the opportunity to visit multiple job sites
• Be assigned to one, or multiple, projects/divisions of the Company
• Learn and represent C. S. McCrossan s high commitment to Safety
• Work alongside professionals to gain valuable civil engineering/construction management knowledge applicable to your degree program
• Experience a culture of Safety, Professionalism, Teamwork and Continuous Improvement

Qualifications and skills:

• Junior or Senior within a four-year Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree program
• Interest in the highway/heavy construction industry
• Desire to gain hands on experience in the field
• Excellent communication, organizational, written and verbal skills
