Work responsibilities will include the following:

Client Service.

• Manage incoming calls
• Greet clients and handle front desk duties
• Schedule and confirm client appointments
• Deposit checks
• Enter notes and tasks into CRM
• Maintain and organize client records
• Handle client service issues as assigned
• Handle client meeting follow-up tasks as delegated, including new account applications and forms
• Manage new client onboarding process and tasks

Office Operations.

• Inventory and order office supplies
• Manage office technology and servicing, maintain vendor relationships

Marketing.

• Maintain and update website
• Manage social media platforms
• Build, manage, and implement client and prospect communication
• Manage client recognition cards and gifts
• Look for opportunities to go above and beyond to appreciate clients

To be employed within the financial services industry, candidate must pass a thorough background check. This includes DMV, credit and criminal.

Financial service industry experience a plus.

Competitive compensation between $45,000 and $55,000 based on experience.
