Looking For: Busy podiatry practice with an immediate opening for a pleasant individual who is kind, respectful, and has a strong work ethic. One who is dependable and teachable, with good typing and computer skills. 1 or 2 years of Medical Assistant office training is required, podiatric experience is beneficial, but not required. Candidate needs to be a quick learner, and one who is eager to learn new things. Medical Assistant general back office daily duties include rooming patients, taking patient vitals, inputting patient data into EMR, performing nail procedures, a working knowledge of anatomy is a definite plus, answering patient phone calls and patient questions. We will teach other skills. Able to multi task with attention to detail, an excellent customer service is a must. Bilingual English - Spanish is a real plus.
