As the next Caregiver, you will be a part of our family-team that provides the greatest standard of care for our clients and assist them with a variety of activities. Caregiver Hours:
Preferred Availability:
8a-6p Monday, Wednesday and Friday
10a-6p Monday-Friday
8a - 8p Week days and Weekends
12p - 9p Week days and Weekends
11a-10p Monday-Sunday
- Shifts are 4hrs, some are 6hrs
Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Help client take prescribed medication
- Assist client with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
- Assist client with personal care and hygiene
- Help client with physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Report any unusual incidents
- Provide a safe and clean environment
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Caregiver Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Caregiver (Preferred but will provide training
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
- Respectful and compassionate
- Good time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics
- Physical endurance
- Background clearance from Health and Welfare
- Able to pass a drug screening
