Wage Range: $21.62 – $34.60 per hour

Primary Duties
1. Generates reports from batch jobs and distributes to end-users.
2. Monitors and manipulates daily system jobs.
3. Operates, maintains and cleans peripheral equipment (printers, tape drives, terminals).
4. Performs and maintains system tape backups and restores.
5. Performs defined tasks per documented instructions/processes, makes appropriate changes to the documentation, as needed, under the guidance of the analyst / 2nd level support.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

License, Certification, Education or Experience:

• Required: 2+ years in a Customer Service environment, preferably Help Desk.
• Minimum 1 year IT experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree, or professional technical training preferred.

DESIRED for the position:

• Preferred: 2+ years in a healthcare IT environment
