Capstone Construction is based in Oxford, MS, but works on projects throughout the southeast. Our core operations consist of commercial projects in retail, food service and light industrial properties. This position will be based in our office in Oxford, MS.

The responsibilities of this role can be modified to fit the skill set of the candidate, but the primary responsibilities would include:

* Coordinate budget estimation and plan sharing with subcontractors and vendors for upcoming projects.

* Facilitate communication with designers to expedite design and entitlement process.

* Lead Asst Project Managers in scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries.

* Provide support to accounting for materials and subcontractor invoices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
