We currently have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Job Site Supervisor at our Minnetonka, Minnesota location. The Job Site Supervisor roles main focus is on exterior residential construction which includes: roofing, siding, windows & gutters. Knowledge or experience in the industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Job Duties Include:

• Overseeing & managing Subcontracting Crews
• Maintaining communication with the homeowners
• Scheduling & Managing Inspections & Permits
• Quality control onsite
• General Administrative Duties

Ideal Candidates:

• Be reliable & display strong work ethic
• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Enjoys working in a team environment

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in roofing required

• Climbing ladders & working at roof heights
• NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO LIFT 50-100 POUNDS EASILY
