JOB SUMMARY:

Attorney to run legal network who will work with attorneys, monitor and assign case files, to work with in-house counsel on case assignments, and assist with client communications. Attorney expected to provide exceptional service through utilizing best practices and methods as directed by the Firm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage attorney network and distribute caseloads that consists of summonses, settlements, Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and FDCPA violations.
• Ensure and oversee state bar and secretary of state registration requirements.
• Effectively delegate tasks to Legal staff.
• Develop, manage, and implement training and development procedures for staff.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of Legal Network.
• In conjunction with the Operations department, assist in developing systems, strategies, and methods of optimizing processes within attorney network division.
• Oversee Client Satisfaction levels.
• Assist with or handle client consultation, onboarding, and retention.
• Perform accurate performance evaluations for staff.
• Retain communication with staff to ensure individual and departmental goals are met.
• Provide feedback to the Director of Legal Services on current methods and tools used to perform job tasks, as well as recommendations for efficiency.

PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience working in a law firm as an Attorney.
• Bankruptcy, FDCPA, and other similar consumer protection litigation experience a plus.
• Multiple state bar admissions a plus.
• Bilingual/Spanish plus
• Strong communication skills.

Pay: $65,000-$120,000 DOE
