Job Description:
Our Marketing Team has an immediate, short-term project need for a beginning graphic designer to assist us in the creation of thumbnail images. This designer will create thumbnail images representing content resources (mostly blogs) in our Resource Library. We have a base template already designed, so this would be using that template to design up to 200 thumbnail images (e.g., 1 image per blog), utilizing stock images (no retouching needed) and/or simple vector icons in a predetermined style.
Our ideal candidate would be someone early on in their career or even a current student.
Potential for future design projects.
Will report to our Senior Director of Content & Brand Strategy
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Ability to work quickly (generate 4-5 thumbnails per hour; 200 images total)
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Dependable and responsive
  • Provide your own computer
  • Will work remotely
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Timeline:
  • Immediate start
  • Project to be completed by 3/17
Pay:
  • $20/hour, 50 hours
  • paid through third-party payroll vendor
