The Controller is responsible for preparing financial statements like balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Has an understanding of the financials of our company to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing.

The Controller also needs to have a strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis. And a working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Sage 100.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
• Construction accounting background is preferred but not required.
• Delivering reports on time and accurately.
• Self-starter, the ability to research and obtain information to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and tracking payments via Textura and alike software.
• Reconcile bank statements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,900.00 per week
