Experience preparing internal financial reports and chairing biweekly leadership meeting preferred. Numbers tell a story, numbers for the sake of numbers aren't sufficient to drive any business forward.
• B.S. Accounting required, CPA preferred
• Expert level proficiency with Crystal Reports, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency with Word, etc.
• Ability to timely learn and understand our integrated ERP system (IQMS).
• Confident and comfortable reporting to Owner. Not a "yes person".
• Desire to be our Chief Financial Officer within 1 to 2 years.
