Objective: Maupin Hess Travel is actively looking to add multiple skilled Corporate Travel Advisors to its growing team.

Position Summary: These roles will be responsible for booking full-service travel needs for a multitude of Maupin Hess Travel clients utilizing the GDS, Worldspan. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Preferred Skills:

· Worldspan GDS experience is required

· Authentic, enthusiastic interest in customer service

· Excellent communication skills – telephone and email

· Detail oriented

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word

Position Detail:

· Provide comprehensive booking and management of client's air, car and hotel travel plans according to the client's travel policies

· Strengthen efficiencies and familiarity with Worldspan, our booking platform

· Maintain knowledge of international and domestic reservation processes

· Work with manager to communicate all necessary client requests and/or concerns

· Assist team with value-added projects requested by client

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26,888.38 - $80,161.84 per year
