Corrugator Supervisor

Experienced Corrugator Supervisor 5+ years preferably – Strong leadership skills-experience in corrugated quality – adhesives – warp – diagnostics – training skills – strong communication skills – Knowledge of C, B, DW, and E flute.

Strong safety leadership skills with a focus on people and their safety.

Strong people skills with a focus on building and maintaining a team environment. Able to handle minor employee issues with support of senior management. Strong skills in motivation, training, building an environment of support and respect.

Roll Stock management - Clamp/Fork Truck Safety – Strong housekeeping practices, familiar with starch and starch testing…

Comfortable with a state-of-the-art corrugator with computer – touch screens – software-

Able to train, council, and provide mentorship to employee – both experienced and new hires.
