Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits is looking for hard working crew members who are great in customer service and understand the importance of quality food. The responsibilities will include the following but is not limited to this list.

· Food preparation and any prep needed.

· Maintaining the SOS by efficient packaging and cooking procedures.

· Keeping sanitizer fresh.

· Keeping three sinks set up.

· Keeping all products stocked.

· Frequent checking the temperature of food and equipment.

· Keeping all food timed and tagged.

· Keeping parking lot, dumpster area, trash containers, sidewalks and building exterior clean.

· Ensuring clean dining experience for the customers - including floors, doors, windows, tables and chairs, beverage area, condiment stand, and menu board.

· Keeping the cooking area clean including hand sinks, equipment, dishes and service line.

· Making sure all repair and maintenance like inside lights and vents are maintained.

· Providing great customer service and helping the team achieve a high customer service score.

· Executing proper cash handling procedures.
