Job Summary

The Customer and Operations Support Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day quoting, customer service, procurement, and program management activities of UltraTech Aerospace, Inc (UTA). This role will supervise and support their team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of their respective duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage front end business processes that supports a positive customer experience
• Manage customer service development and productivity
• Manage procurement process development and productivity
• Work effectively with all colleagues in all departments to support business improvements and customer experience
• Supervise, train, and develop team members
• Perform annual performance reviews
• Be a versatile team player
• Positively influence team members
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in the Aerospace industry
• 5 years’ experience working with ERP systems
• Experience managing operational customer support teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• Must have related experience in both distribution and CNC machining
• Strong understanding of procurement activities
• Strong understanding of quoting activities
• Strong understanding of project management
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Embraces multi-tasking
• Must have a positive, “can do” attitude
• Motivated, self-starter- must take on new roles and responsibilities as needed
• Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office 365
