Signature Elevators & Accessible Design LLC helps baby boomers stay in their homes for the rest of their lives. The Baby Boomers are the nations largest buying group with the most discretionary buying power. The Baby Boomers are not going quietly into the night. They want to age in place. Signature Elevators & Accessible Design makes that happen. We make it happen on average ten times every month.

Our Customer Relations and Email Marketing Manager will report to the owner and the Office manager. Primary responsibilities are to gather leads from our vendors (60 to 70 per month), our web site and the incoming phone calls together (another 60 to 70). Distribute these leads to our in house sales people, enter the leads into our CRM software and then follow up through the proper pathway nurturing leads to keep them interested and on track and then reassigning them for a call or an appointment with the proper sales person.

Other responsibilities include social media engagement on Facebook & Instagram. US Postal mailings. Procurement of contacts at out patient care facilities, Architects, and Custom Builders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
