Job Summary: The Customer Service / Order Data Entry Representative role is responsible for supporting the Sales Team with data entry tasks, providing pricing and availability information, generating quotes and proposals, order entry, contract reviews, and follow-up on customer orders.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to general customer service inquiries (internal/external).
• Quote / proposal generation - Provide price and delivery information.
• Answer telephone as needed and route calls to appropriate staff members.
• Enter orders using Epicor ERP system and SalesForce.com software platform.
• Contract review, including verifying terms on customer purchase orders.
• Confirming lead times with manufacturing.
• Follow-up on customer orders.
• Address customers' needs utilizing internal resources such as Engineering, Accounting, Manufacturing, Shipping, etc.
• Provide ongoing customer support. Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Scan and file digital documents.
• Develop and maintain professional customer relationships.

Education: Associates Degree

Experience: Minimum three years in a customer service related field.

Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Detail orientated and strong ability to multitask. Project Management. Passion for customer service.

Specialized Knowledge: Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail and web browsing. Problem solver, understand production and purchasing terminology, able to diffuse volatile customer situations, customer focused, manufacturing background.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
