The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative! This position is located in Baraboo, WI.

The Customer Service Representative’s purpose is to service the customer via phone and email. Manages Customer accounts regarding our product (their orders and any other concerns or questions they may have). This role includes interfacing with other departments to facilitate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide customer support by being a liaison between customer and HPS, setting up and building relationships with new customers, following up on approvals, hold for release orders, provide test report data as requested, expedite orders as needed, and enforce general terms and conditions.

· Ensure all purchase orders received are accurate and entered timely. Provide cross reference for catalog parts, understand and assist customer/reps with basic HPS product offerings related to catalog parts, and coordinate returns/credits as needed.

· Provide support to Regional Managers, Reps, shipping and Marketing as needed.

Qualifications:

· Post secondary education in business or technical capacity (or equivalent experience) preferred.

· Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution and Sales preferred.

· Bilingual in English and French/Spanish would be considered an asset.
