We are seeking experienced professionals with excellent customer service skills to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidates must be professional, dependable and proficient at working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing customers with excellent service, using company policies to solve customer issues, and assisting with any questions that customers may have about our products.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers and clarify their needs and expectations.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Apply basic customer service principles to customer issues.
• Familiarize oneself with customer service procedures.
• Answer customers' questions in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts for Majors, Specialty stores, Independents.
• Order entry, updating account information.
• Preffered full circle ERP experience.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions.
• Produce weekly reports to assist sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
