Overview: Master Electronics has an exciting and fun career opportunity for two Customer Service Representatives that will report to the Branch Manager in Germantown, WI. This position is a hybrid opportunity.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representatives whose primary focus will be to service and support the sales team and customers. In this role, you will assist with order entry, expediting, managing reports and assist with phone coverage.
Responsibilities:

• Provide support for customers and sales team
• Enter and modify sales-related data (i.e., order entry, PO cancellations, PO changes, data entry) into our company’s internal system
• Manage vendor and customer backlog
• Work with customers as suppliers as needed
• Partner daily with the Warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries
• Answer customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, ensuring adherence to service level via phone/e-mail
• Utilize excellent verbal communication skills to interact with visitors, customers, warehouse, accounting, and internal staff members of various interpersonal styles
• Daily use of Microsoft (MS) Office platforms (Excel, Outlook, Calendar)
• Contribute and implement new ideas to help improve and create ideal operational processes
• Manage expectations and projects with a professional attitude by always complying with company policies and procedures
• Partner with internal resources (e.g., field sales, inside sales, branch manager, product management, etc.) and external resources (e.g., suppliers, manufacturing facilities, etc.)
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, with focus on demonstrated the highest knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and task follow-through
• Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal
• Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner
• Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels (e.g., sales, accounting, logistics, warehouses)

We would prefer if you have:

• Previous sales support experience
• Proficient with navigating in sales/inventory management tools

Work model: Hybrid
Salary range: based on experience but starting at $41,000 plus monthly bonus option
